Cynthia Miranda and Scott Schonzeit, the minds behind the critically acclaimed Mondial Private Dining & Catering, have transformed their much-loved Quantum into a special event restaurant.  Available for upscale corporate parties, weddings, rehearsal dinners, business meetings, birthdays, social celebrations and the like.

Quantum expands the Mondial collection by adding a beautiful contemporary dining space that can seat up to 60 with an adjacent lounge, perfect for cocktail receptions and pre-dinner socializing.  Mondial’s existing Sapphire Dining room seats up to 36 at its impressive 28 foot maple wood table.  An obvious choice for dinner meetings, seminars & presentations.

When you book with Quantum/Mondial you get a lot more than just an attractive venue.  All food is prepared in your own kitchen, by your own chefs and is served by wait staff there only for you.  The Quantum/Mondial team believes that you should not have to share your experience as with most private dining rooms – they feel that you deserve privacy and exclusivity while being the center of attention.

Quantum’s nationally recognized cuisine stays consistent as the Quantum kitchen team remains in tact.  Offering a small list of set menus, you can choose between a traditional prix fixe menu and a progressive Quantum-style menu designed to give guests the opportunity to experience a variety of different flavors in one sitting.  You may also design your own menu with Executive Chef and co-owner, Cynthia Miranda.

Quantum touts a mostly California wine list, featuring many Santa Barbara exclusives, about 100 labels in all.  Scott Schonzeit, co-owner, carefully hand picks each wine for drinkability and interest.  He will happily aid in selection for the evening and will work closely with Miranda if you would like them to put together a food & wine pairing.  Schonzeit has also designed a unique list of delicious champagne & sake cocktails that are available by arrangement for your guests.

The team at Quantum/Mondial knows that it’s all in the details.  Along with providing fine food, gracious service, and interesting wine choices, they can arrange for music, flowers, place cards, custom printed menus and more.
